Horrible new discord desktop app layout

The new layout for the discord app on desktop is horrendous.
Here's a nice bullet point list with all my issues:

Servers are too close together, too small and all square for some reason.
profile box in the bottom left feels incredibly awkward with it being offset from the server list box.
Sent messages are too close to the box you type in.
Server name and icon being at the top of the application takes up extra room and is deeply unnecessary.
In general it feels like nothing is aligned properly. All the spacing is different.
It just looks bad, man. Horrible.

Nobody asked for this change. Discord looked fine the way it did, I don't see how this is necessary in any way.

It would be fantastic if you reversed this. But knowing how you handled the very badly received mobile update, I don't have much hope.
