Top Bar UI Rework

With the latest update to the discord UI there was an additional bar added to the top. 

I feel that this has created a lot of wasted space and unessesarliy squashes the application.

Attached here is a photo of how i think the UI should look. Simply by brining the “tab” title, and help and inbox icons down into the main top bar it would restore the use of space. The only issue I could see with this would be the AKA names when someone would have a lot of nicknames. Hence why I propose a button that you click should you want to see the other names someone uses.
