Furious About New UI

My computer crashed and when it restarted it allowed Discord to update. This new UI is horrendous to look at. The “Ash” color is the closest to what it was before but all the elements look way too similar and hard to distinguish, while the next color “Dark” is WAY too dark and makes the white text hard on my eyes. Websites and programs need to stop constantly trying to oversimplify and “sleek-ify” their UIs because with each iteration they look worse and worse. In trying to streamline and declutter your interface, you somehow made it look MORE cluttered and difficult to parse. This kind of thing needs to be made so you can opt in and then provide feedback on your opinion instead of forcing an immediate change that makes autistic people like me come out of our skin. 

I know what this is. If you make people frustrated enough with your ugly and troublesome interface, hopefully they'll buy Nitro so they can make it look better right? It's not going to work, and I encourage anyone else reading this to not give up and accept it because this habit from web companies has to stop. 

PLEASE do us all a favor and change it back or at least provide the option to use whichever version we prefer. And don't paywall it.
