Partnered Server Complaint

A server partnered with discord known as TheArchon is actively taking money from players in the form of real time currency in exchange for in-game rewards/services/items. The problem is that they are not giving patrons their items and refuse to respond to the claims on discord, which is their main or sub-main method of support/communication, they refused to acknowledge claims of such actions from being committed and refused to respond respond to players who dare to raise the issue in any of the public channels. It reflects on discord in a very bad way being that you are partnered with this server and that TheArchon brandishes your name as their main method of engaging with the community, yet it actively takes money from them, ignores their complaints and quereys etc.

I strongly would like to see an end to this partnership due to the negative light it reflects on the Discord name and brand, the amount of people staying silent after being stolen from by this server is ridiculous. Not to mention the server uses the discord to advertise their online store/sale/services.
