Unwanted guest

In one of the servers that I’m moderating it we have a situation with a member creating alternate account and rejoining. We’ve banned all of his accounts we catch and his main account, but he just keeps rejoining. We’ve deactivated all but a few invites, but he keeps getting in somehow. What can we do to stop this person from getting in?

    Ban him from your server, and that IP will now longer be allowed to join. You may just be kicking him on accident. And also, the person may be joining from different IPs.
