Voicemail and/or Voice Messages

Be able to send a voicemail for if someone doesn't answer their darn phone (doesn't seem to important but I think it'd be a fun little feature), and also be able to send voice messages to people. Maybe in DMs and servers possibly??

  I guess there's no need for that if you use Swiftkey or the Gboard, as they've already got this function implemented.

  That would be too much work for them.

  I'm talking about voice messages such as what you can do through FB messenger, but with an automatic transcription of them.

  Oh, my bad.

  Actually I don't know any apps/messaging services that have got it, except for Telegram with a bot (and it's third-party).

  It would be really useful.
