[Suggestion] Replace 'Note' with 'status'.

Good morning everyone.
I wanted to make the following suggestion, try to replace the section of 'Note', by one of 'State', that is, that all users who observe your profile, can read the information, this in order to 'facilitate' information that someone wants to know about you (work links, etc)
