Ability to allow or disallow @everyone but no ability for disabling @role
RespondidaIt's as simple as can be. My discord functions entirely around roles and I need to, as an owner, be able to @ certain roles to get people's attention (the roles are specified by what game people play, and I @role to announce the game-related info I have for them)
But a LOT of people are apart of this role and a lot of people abuse the ability to mention the entire role. I can freely disable peoples ability to @everyone which is great, but why not disable their ability to @role? Whats worse about @role is that you can't mute @role's like you could @everyone's, so when one person screws up or one person intentionally trolls the entire discord it becomes shambles.

This is a dupe of https://support.discordapp.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360029303491 , so I'm closing this out. If you'd like to have your voice heard please upvote that suggestion! -
So you're looking for a setting for "Allow everyone to @mention this role" on/off?
Think it's below Role Name, Color and the second option for a role settings

As I described in the post, that setting is not on a per-role basis. The HR's in my discord want to be able to @ certain roles, but we don't want *everyone* to be able to as these role groups have hundreds of people in them.
