Automute new servers

Hello.

Here's a suggestion that would make new servers super useful. Random sounds from discord always frustrates me, I have all 13 of my added servers muted just because the notifications are unreal.

The only thing i have notifications on for are DMs.

To be clear:
Having an automute feature that mutes all new servers. Each user can enable notifications.

  i totally need this, every new server i join explodes with lots of messages and it takes me a bit of time to tune the notifications to my liking, since i only need to receive notification from a few and select servers, while checking on other servers from time to time without wasting time changing the notification settings, it would be nice to have this and a system wide default notification settings.

  Need this too. First thing I do when I join a server is disable all notifications.
