Birthdays Feature

I will be going into detail of my idea for Birthdays that you can set on your discord account. I have no idea what category this goes in so don't mind me :p Features: Choose your birth date, month and optional year. If you're using Mobile it will send you a notification that yours or your friend's birthday is today! For example you will get a notification "Happy 16th Birthday from the Discord Team!" And if it's your friend's birthday it'll say "Today is UserX's birthday today!" What this does: When that date you have chosen arrives. Your discord profile has a hat over it for everyone to see around the world in whatever discord group/server you're in. If you click on the hat it'll send a dm like "UserX has wished you a happy birthday!" In bold or in colors! Nitro features: For users with Discord Nitro there could be an option to change the hat that shows above your profile picture! If you wish someone a happy birthday by clicking the hat above their profile picture it will be in a difference message than the non-nitro users. For example the Nitro message is "Happy birthday! Hope you enjoy your 18th birthday User1!"

There should be an high cooldown, so you can't just make every day your bday, but nice idea!
