Adjustable playback options for Mic Testing

I'm finding the new Mic Testing feature to be a really great addition to Discord, for me there's just a couple of things that would really make it awesome. Would it be possible to add a few "Playback Options" to Mic Testing? I've found a few cases where it's tricky to hear the playback because I'm talking over it, which makes it hard to use. If we could have options such as "Playback instantly in real-time", "Playback only when I press this button", "commence playback X seconds after I stop speaking (with the ability to set how may seconds)" and "combination of the other options" that would make it easier for users who struggle with the simultaneous record and playback, whilst also keeping the current method open for users who like the instant replay.
