How do I make the "Move Member" permission follow the hierarchy rules as kick/ban

I have been having issues with my admins being able to move me from channel to channel as well as being able to mute and deafen me even though I am above them in the hierarchy. I cant seem to find a way to have the permissions go off of the hierarchy. any help with this would be awesome!
