Mini stream window close option

Can we have the ability to close the stream window again? You know the little one that pops up when someone is streaming in a call when we click out of a call to a server? That'd be real nice, it's super annoying to deal with when you're trying to see if someone is typing or who's on the server list if you haven't moved it to the other side, and it's also one more thing to worry about when it comes to running games and the smaller stream window eats up my resources.
