Better profile picture settings

It would be amazing and much easier to express oneself if we had better chances at cropping and knowing what we actually put as our picture. Especially on phone, the settings are a bit week. Imagining if you have a meme and you don't get the full image, not very fun :( or a profile pic of your face, your forehead takes the whole frame. I guess I could reduce my forehead by surgery or Photoshop. But I like my forehead tbh. Maybe also a broadcast setting? I don't know. Could be cool as an extra.
