    In old version, it used to be wide. Please revert.

    To explain further to developers:

    The problem is that the X-range where the scroll bar is visible/usable is fully taken by the Window resizing in Windows 10 (and possible other OSes too). If you move away from the window edge the user list scroll-bar disappears and you cannot click on it to use it.

    Basically the whole user list is not possible to scroll by click/hold using mouse pointer and mouse buttons like it is expected with scroll bars for users who do not have a scroll wheel.

    If you don't want the scrollbar to be visually larger, you need to at least extend the interaction area so it is possible to click beside it and drag. Or move it in from the edge a bit, or just make it wider. Or just respect the Windows 10 system setting if the user want wide scrollbars or not.
