Make it so you have to confirm you're 18 to enter a discord

In lieu of the recent NSFW PFP ban I thought it would be a good idea to add some sort of a function to make sure someone is 18 before entering, like certain risque cites. This way if you try to enter a discord and check the box, sign the waiver, do the electric slide, whatever to confirm you're 18, but end up seeing something NSFW it's your own fault. Just a thought.
