One speaker at a time in voice chat

I think discord should have the capability to  make it where only one person at a time can talk  in voice chat.  I have seen too many times when people are talking over each other and can't figure out whats being said especially when you playing a cop in a game and trying to relay info to dispatcher and other officers are talking over you, then one of the higher ups has to come and tell everybody too shut up to bring order to chaos.
