Could not get logged in from another computer, stuck in loop

After signing up for a new account, everything was going well on my home computer.
At another location, I tried to sign in on the web. It said it didn't recognize the location so it sent an email to verify it.
I got the email and clicked the link but it just threw an error saying the IP address expired. So because the email link didn't work, it would not let me log in, continually saying it's a new location and to go check my email.
It never sent a new email with a new link, and I could never get logged in! I finally gave up trying.
