Auto Sign Out every time!!!

Every time i opened discord , it like signs me out of my account and i find it disturbing. I did not use any other device and i know that no one is using my account anywhere else.The problem is that i have to go to email and click the link every time i want to log in again and it just takes so much time,and when in discord , the volume is set to normal which is too loud for me and sometimes my ears are almost broken. then there are some settings like the overlays that i have to manually turn off again . that just makes discord very anoying to start! fix this issue plz!
