Feature request: Push To Talk activation delay

This may be a very specific request.

Issue: Every time you press your PTT it can be heard by other users.

Solution: A push to talk activation delay option similar to the push to talk release delay so that people could not hear PTT key being pressed every time you talk.

Basically a configurable delay (ms) after pressing PTT key.

There are ways to mitigate this problem (noise gates, quieter keyboard, mouse keys, lowering mic sensitivity and moving it closer etc...) but i think this feature would be way better than any other solution.
