Hide specific screens or rearrange the screenshare dispaly

I use screenshare to play game called Tarkov

Its really awesome and me and my friends are using it alot.

However there are some cases where we need the "Hide" or "Rearrange" feature 

 

As you see below my friend who is just spectating(The one with Pink car profile)  takes 50% of screen space 


It would be awesome if we could have ability to hide those who are not using the video call 

and also have the ability to rearrange so that those who are important could have the spotlight

  For the love of god, I don't want one person's icon to take up 75% of my screen.
