Server Pseudo-User

What: A "user," similar to a webhook, which could be controlled by any user who is a member of a role granting permission to do so. The pseudo-user's posts can be managed by users with the permission as if it is their own post. Posts and edits to posts would be marked as being made by whichever user issued the edit or post, in a similar fashion to how edited posts are marked with "(edited)".

Posts made by the pseudo-user would have the guild icon and name as its avatar and username, respectively.

Why: Any task or application where it would be desirable or convenient to allow for poster dissociation or collective staff management, for example: announcements, administrative notes (warnings, kicks, bans of users), etc.
