Allow bots to join hypesquad

  First of: Why would u?
  Second off: I don’t see any point of bots needed to be in hypesquad. It still makes it a pointless bot that can’t do anything except for what they normally are able off.

  There is absolutely zero reason to do this and bots should never be allowed to have badges.
