Allow users to get on discord without requiring updates

there is many people here who rely on a slow connection and don't like the hassle of updating discord on startup, allow us to update discord when we **want** to.

  yep really annoying, the best is:

  if the update fails, discord won´t start.....

  I have to agree that discord updates are a little too aggressive. It would be nice if discord asked if we want to update rather then locking up my computer while I'm working on something because it decided it was time to stealth update.

  And I've just had the update loop completely break it, not even uninstall/reinstall fixes is.  If you're going to push out broken updates we shouldn't have to get them.  Sort it out.
