Allow Rich Embeds without the use of Bots

    I agree, it would make guidelines of a server look pretty nice and I don't really see embeds being abused in another way that regular messages can. Also you can technically use embeds outside of bots with links but it wouldn't allow any further customization outside of that.

    Imho, you can setup a bot to post your fancy messages instead of you, which is "safer".

    Even inviting a bot to the server just for embeds looks like overkill, setting it up is all the way in the "using a nuke to kill a single fly" category.

    Currently, the best/closest way to achieve this without a bot (although still labeled as such) is to use webhooks. I hade made some scripts and programs to be able to quickly send embeds ad-hoc in places where I got permissions to add webhooks. I'd bet that someone has made a production-ready client for this kind of thing already.

    Still, +1 to adding this to the official Discord client.
