[Suggestion] A NSFW tag that operates in the same was the spoiler tag works

For instance, if someone is posting questionable content, they could mark the content as nsfw and it would display in the same way that a spoiler is displayed, but with additional text stating it's not safe for work.

  This seems pretty redundant if there are already NSFW tags for channels themselves.
