unnecessary bullying/harassment complaint

ok so my s/o and I are having a little conflict with two other users of discord who are targeting us with no logical reason. (I would give out their tags so y'all know who but, idk if I should) anyways, my s/o is their main target and I was really wanting someone to put a stop to it because they're taking this to a certain extreme,, that I cannot handle myself. neither can my s/o. I know him and I can easily block them, yes, but I feel like it doesn't do much. this has been going on for months and they want a reaction out of us both. as I said, they target my bf a lot more because he's, "vulnerable". and he's easy to get to if you mess with him enough. but I've had enough of this and I'm kinda fed up at this point.

    I'm sorry to hear that! I understand that this can be an upsetting situation. On the other hand, because we take our users' privacy seriously, we also do not specifically police individual servers or accounts unless there is a violation to our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

    Additionally, your server admin of that server should be stepping in and moderating these users accordingly. You should talk to them and let them know about what's going on. If they are not listening, you can also opt-out and leave the server and also block/unfriend any users.

    In terms of immediate actions and tools you can use to help stop them, what you can do is block and ban them, which will ban their account and IP (unless they use a proxy) and set the verification level to the highest possible.

    However, like I mentioned earlier, if there is a violation to our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, I would recommend directly reporting this situation with all of the details to our Trust and Safety team at https://dis.gd/request, and they’ll be able to investigate this situation further from there.

    However, this website is for suggestions of new features to add to Discord, so I'm closing out this ticket as invalid.
