[Suggestion] Make an opportunity to add forced spoiler tag for a role

We made a small semi-open discord server not so long ago and we met some troubles of delimitation of personal space. Our server has not so mandatory rules and sometimes some persons make a half-violations. It is really annoying, and they can trigger other people (for example - spam personal images) but they are not breaking the rules. One of the very convenient solution to the problem (instead of moderating each of their action and making a preventions, or even change the rules) i see is to make an opportunity to add a forced spoiler tag for images for a role. You can add it for some persons in one channel, but they were be able to spam for free in other channels. You will be not forcing them by hands plus their actions will not trigger other people.
