Make process to submit feedback more obvious/intuitive.

I am on the Discord Feedback discord. I go into #text-and-voice-chat (or various other channels) and follow the link in the channel topic to https://support.discordapp.com/hc/en-us/community/topics/360000786212-Chat?sort_by=votes. [optional: I look a the top few topics and don't see what I want to suggest, so I use the Search feature to search and find zero results.] I click "Submit a request" at the top of the page as what seems like the obvious interface for submitting a proposal for people to respond to and vote on. This leads me down the wrong path, and I end up submitting a support ticket to Discord support.

Later someone pointed out the "New Post" link at the bottom of the linked page, where I wouldn't find it without scrolling all the way down. The search results page doesn't have it at all.

It should be more visible, and exist on the search results page.
