New UI idea

I got this idea when i saw the new user-limited channels.
Right now, the current number of users is displayed on a light gray background, and the capacity on a darker gray. It would be cool if you would leave the capacity as it is, but make the background for current users change: leave it light gray when the channel is empty, green when under half capacity, orange when over half, and red when full.
