Add a macro to make some people unable to hear you

ٴٴٴٴٴٴٴٴٴٴٴٴ

For example when you press alt the people wanted on a call will be unable to hear you talking.

    You can already do this with the keyboard combo Command/Ctrl+Shift+M. That will mute your audio. To see all of the keyboard combos, use Command/Ctrl+/
