Option to set channel's reading order from oldest to newest

Like the title said, this could be really useful for rules, introductions, guides and many similar kinds of channel. I have been in many servers, and the first thing I do is to familiar myself with the server's rule, but seeing the end of the rule set first and having to scroll far up to read the full rule make it really awkward and strange.
