Verification levels applying for all users, not only for those without a given role

Hello everyone,

I wonder why is every verification level in server moderation settings effective only for users without any role? For nickname color reasons I have bot with autorole module in my server, so every user becomes a "User" role on start, plus every User on my server can add yourself a role using a command. But from that moment Discord allows users to raid-spam my server using bots since they have a role... I would really appreciate it if these server moderation options were effective for all users on my server, not only for users without any role. I would require from all users on my server account mail activation (medium level) to send messages, it would be nice to be able to choose for which users these settings apply to (for users without any role or just for all on the server).

  I see the point of the setting as it is now, however, especially the servers that require such verification levels suffer from the current setting because they almost always have an autorole set.

  My compromise suggestion: A switch option where you can choose whether the verification level must be met for all users or only for users without a role.
