my sound does not work and amistake in the setup log

My computer did run discord so fine but then a day discord was removed with the excuse that "installing has failed" so i started downloading it again but the same excuse came up. But it was okay cause i could still run it over windows but today it went horrible wrong i cant hear my friends i am talking to but i can see them talk. So how can i fix it?
