Reset password or forgot password option inside the login
Please move or give a provision to have reset/forgot password after the user has logged in, like in any other obvious social media or any app that exists.... I faced a huge amount of issues while resetting my password
1) in order to reset password i have to log out
2) i don't remember my password so if i log out my account is gone
3) my G-Mail inbox is full so i wont be able to receive the link
If the password reset option would have existed inside the users account that would have been a huge huge help.

I wanted to reset my password because i couldnt remember it i logged out pressed the "Forgot Password" text and it sent me an email.I opened the email pressed the "Reset Password" button and it took me to safari on a white page which doesnt load at all and theres nothing i can do the page just loads tried it on google too but it doesnt work pls help

I click the "Forgot Password" button, but it shows Password Manager. I'm in mobile, I don't know if it has something to do about it.

Having the same issue as Me iz not Rey, E-mail with password reset option sends me to an unverfied page it says and will not load it. Chrome tells me that is a not an authenticated page sent from discord. Can login on PC but not mobile, and also cannot remember my password, I'm concerned if i log out i will not be able to gain access again. Any help would be appreciated.

The account i am trying to sign in into is not on my current device and is on my old device and i did a factory reset for that device i can't remember the password for it at all is there a way to send a way to reset the password for a different account

Going through this right now. Edited:found my answer
If you know your password, or are already signed in, but forgot, you can still change your password.
Go to your Home screen, look to the right of your user for a cog, that is user settings, select it.
Under My Account, you must select EDIT, to edit your account settings.
It should show your account configuration with email and password (dotted out).
Select 'change password'. It should auto fill the current password (dotted out) and allow you to enter your new password. Happy gaming!

I found the place Norskman described, easy to find, except my current password is empty. Since my password is remembered by the PC I don't know what it is anymore. There is no forget password button on that screen so I cannot change the password.
Still stuck there.

I have the issue where, I'm trying to recover an account. And I can't remember the password. There's no hints and any passwords I used at the time won't work. So I put in the email, and click the forgot password. And nothing happens. I'm on mobile. But when I go to Google, it keeps sending me back to the app. I need help either a way not to use discord to reset the password, cause I have access to the email. Or something idk.

Took me forever to figure this out. Very counterintuitive. You have to log out of your account first before you will see the "forgot password" hyperlink. I was afraid to logout because I may never be able to log back in without knowing what my current password is. smh. (The password reset email was sent to me in a split second and was process was flawless)

Hi i wanted to add an bot in my server and then i had to log in for it.so i pressed it and it logged me out of my account.so then i wrote my password and it was correct with my real email but it says its wrong.i pressed on "i forgot my password" changed my password wrote the password right but then it says its wrong.i tryed to do so many passwords after that and nothing worked it keeps saying "token expired" and im currtenly stressed cause i have a server to handle with updates and stuff and im staff in 5 servers.Please help me

Hi discord im bv i also have a channel bv man lol now i was gonna do something on your app but of the sudden i wanted to invite a bot and i got logged out are you serious ? This is bullcrap if i never get my account back from any of those bots you will see what ima do to them so GIVE IT BACK >:(

OMG ... this password business on Discord is ridiculous. I'm having the issue as most of the posters above with the password. Why in the name of gods good green earth does Discord have such a crazy system ? I'm just about ready to delete the whole stupid Discord app from every device I own.

Okay so I downloaded the app on my phone made an account with my phone number and created a password. Now that I’m logged into my account I’m trying to get my email onto my account but to do that I need my password and I don’t know what it is and I can’t change it, can’t send a new password email because I haven’t gotten my email on there yet and there is no option to use my phone number to reset my password
