Help servers and server people in any type of case a/c to discord rules

Hey my guys at Discord. So, right now I'm working on many servers as an owner of a few and admin of a few too. I had some ideas.please sir read this message at the end .

If any server admin cheated his owner or any member abusing in some server like a member join 10 server or do something that is inlligal a/c to discord rules.

if any server raid on any server etc so,
these type of problem handling by a official server who have power to take action with proofs and the power is given by owner of the server or by discord to that official server.
if a person will join that official server and he have a server owner who have 20 thousand people in his/her server then we give a role for that person and our team also join that server for protection and if any one do something we take action with proofs and we summits that proofs to discord.

I am a Indian so we respect female and in discord mostly girls complaint about servers. So I go to many of server I found that they have many problems but they don't know how to solve it or theny don't reached to you. So,
we decided to make a server and support these person then no one will leave the discord and by familiar behaviour everyone join discord server and by this people will using discord like a common app.
