Please make it so you have to sign in to send a ticket.

It shouldn't be allowed to send in support tickets without signing in on the website first.

People can put in any email they want now and send in a ticket.

Someone keeps using my email to send in tickets and they get assigned to my account, but I'm not the one sending in the tickets.

The person keeps attaching malicious files or sending in malicious links to try and inject a virus in the system of whoever opens/views the ticket.

You can't allow this to happen, it's a big security risk. Why not make everyone sign in to send a ticket? It makes no sense.
