Partial Mute

I think it would be very welcome with the ability to set a partial mute, like most recievers let's you set the mute volume. This way I could set 'mute volume' to say 50% of usual volume.

When I play a game like PUBG, my friends will be too loud to pick up important ingame sounds like footsteps, but turning them all down means not being able to hear anything they say during driving a vehicle. A easy and good solution that should be implemented is then to simply bind a keybind to 'toggle partial mute' (could also replace the regular mute) and let me set a value like 20, 50, 75% or whatever would be right for each user. Then I would just play with the partial mute on in most cases, and toggle the partial mute off whenever I'm in a vehicle, boat, plane etc. - the same issue goes again in games like Battlefield where driving the tank and listening for footsteps are so far apart in volume, that it would be very useful to be able to change between the two volume-levels in Discord as well :)
