Somebody is trying to registrate Discord on my e-mail, but I already got mine registration.

I got verification e-mail "Confirm your e-mail, press the button" from other member, but I already got Discord registered on e-mail.

It will be great to see some sort of button "I didn't requested any confirmation e-mail or I didn't registered new account".
