New Feature : Voicemail

I feel like a good new feature to add would be the ability to leave a voicemail if somebody doesn't answer a call. It could be only 5 to 10 seconds long and could only be left every 20 minutes or something like that to limit spam. I would like to know what people think of this idea.

  We all need this feature! If other messaging platforms has this, why not Discord
