[a11y] more a11y friendly category management for channels.

hi, 

so right now managing categories for channels is inaccessible. a good way to make this accessible is add a context menu when you rightclick on a category. the menu would have buttons like: move up, move down, delete, and settings. hope this get implemented for easier management of categories using a screen reader.
