terrible problem easy fix

hello my old account was DirtyDiscordDan. after coming back from a busy 3 days of work, I find that my account was disabled. I had no idea what this was about. after a few hour i find out that i was banned for "raiding". i dont raid and have never raidid, never will. long story short. after many hours of writing many appeals and getting the same response of "We've looked into the original report and have confirmed the violation of our Terms of Service. We will not be reinstating the account." now. this is understandable if I had done somthing terrible, trying to get someones credit card or somthing. but I have done nothing but posted memes and talked with alot of friends. now here I sit here after losing 3 years of  friends and servers. most of which i cant get back in contact with and probably wont. makeing a new account and having to start over. this could all be avoided with a simple temporary ban, folowed by a perminant ban after a secound case. as it is set up right now if I chose to be a ingnorant brat who wanted to raid a server, all I need to do is make a new account and im right back to it, makeing peoples discord expirence bad. but I dont want to do that. so I sit here giving feedback that I hope can sway this injustice to help people like me . any feedback to this would be helpful , I hope this gets resolved before I go insane dealing with the loss of all of contact with my friends.
