When Server Upgrade reaches level 3, Webhook Animated Profile Photo, Channel Limit 10000, Text and Audio channels can be added password and Animated Banner

  WebHook Animated Profile Picture: Useless because who use WebHook too much to want an animated picture ?
  
  Channel Limit 10000: Who create 10000 channels ? (And also who create more than 100 or 200 ?)

  Animated Banner: Yes if you want
  
  Password Access Channel: No. Just no... You have per role/channel permission to do that and bots that make you able to set a password with a command to have a role that give you access to the channel you want...
