After hitting 1k server members, the offline member list gets hidden and @everyone tag SUGGEST it becomes @here tag

So at 999 members if you @everyone on your server, it will tag EVERYONE including the offline people

but as soon as you break 1k server members, the offline user list gets hidden and then the @everyone suggests that it will only ping the online people, as shown here (we have over 1k members on the server), suggesting it will only tag the people who are currently online.

This seems like a coding bug in how the @everyone warning works and could use a quick fix

(Issue reposted due to it being closed because i didnt explain the issue clearly enough and it was misunderstood.)

  Your suggestion is technically already implemented as visibility of "offline" part on members list does not impact behaviour of Everyone mention. By it design Everyone mention pings everyone on server no matter conditions such as member count.

  Everyone mention ALWAYS ping everyone and it always did.

  Since functionality works like you want, and it always did i'm willing to forsee that employee will close this Feedback soon :)
