Friend Only Notifications (posted in API by mistake)

Similar to the options in the notification settings for each server:

All Messages
Mentions Only
Friends Only
No Messages

You’ll only receive notifications from any messages your friend sends to that server, and it could also work with direct messages if you wanted to keep them open, yet not be notified of every single random person messaging you. It’s very hard being a popular Discord server admin as well as trying to use Discord for messages between friends.
