Invite link not working when inviting people

I'm trying to invite a new member to my server; he's received it but it's taking him to blank version of my server. I've changed the invite link several times but it doesn't appear to be working.

I'm not sure what to do. Is this a bug or a glitch? I recently heard about a Cloudflare thing going on but I dunno if that's the case, since earlier in the day I couldn't log on or anything. Maybe that's the case?

I've set all my invite links to never expire with 5 usages, but he still can't go to my server for some reason.
