Possible changes to group chats

As a Destiny 2 Raid Sherpa, I find myself in a lot of group chats and I've come across some minor problems that would make my life easier, though idk about others. **First:** Can we have the ability to add users to group chats by Discord name or ID, rather than the friends list? I find myself with hundreds of people in my friends list that I'll only ever play with once or twice, and it would make it much easier if I could invite them to group chats via username, whether I'm friends with them or not. **Second:** Can group chats be listed separately from DMs? I usually find myself with 3-6 active group chats per week, that only last about a week. These very quickly get buried in my DMs and I constantly have to send placeholder messages to them to keep them on top, which also pings the other members. I would find it much easier to navigate my DMs and Group Chats if they were displayed separately.
