Faulty IP Security links

This is FEEDBACK regarding a faulty FEATURE and a security issue, also a REQUEST OF A FEATURE to contact more proficient support when regular support has had multiple fails at addressing an issue.

My wife and I has had some issues with Discord IP verification and links.
From the first we mentioned the verification links in the email are faulty.
We even mentioned other people had the same issue recently and we have tried multiple devices, browsers and ISPs.
Still instead of taking this Security Issue seriously, the rep 3 times repeated to enable the emails *derp*.
Didn't I already say I got your emails from the start??
Annoyed My hubby tried to contact another rep who asked us to show them what happened with the links with pictures to show excatly what happens.
Of course we did, but instead of replying to this they just closed the tickets, lovely.
Hopefully we will see Discord come with an official announcement.
We still had our old ISP subscription and router active so managed to get access by switching between these nets on the fly.
This implies they have even higher Security issues than expected.
Since we are not the only ones who has had issues feel free to tell if anyone else has the same issue.
We have decided not to include our emails for now to see if someone from discord responds.
