My account got falsely warned and got disabled

So, apparently (i can't confirm if someone did this or it was a bug) my account got disabled,  and when I checked my email it said that it needs proof that I am not underage, it's asking for my personal details, I get the date of birth but really? I have to show my face? That's not the point though, the point is i've sent them the things they asked for but it now says the image is 'not clear', I can't make another photo ID, what do I do?
