Nitro scam: How is it even possible.

Hi,

 

I've boosted a server back in March and canceled right after. Now we're in August and I've been paying for 6 months :) 

When I go to the web interface or the desktop app, it's impossible to unsubscribe. When searching online, no info either. Could someone explain how is it even allowed ?

  Contact support. You should be able to cancel

  Well I did, but I always get the same answer "you can unsubscribe from the app", but as a matter of facts, I don't. I sent screenshot and everything but it must be bots.

  SO anyway, 6 months later still paying this when I can't unsub... I'll just block discord with my bank I guess.
